Simple Roasted Butternut Squash Recipe



Ingredients:
  • 1 butternut squash - peeled, seeded, and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
